Updated 2016…
I had not realized this site was up for several years now. I went back and edited it some. I waned to keep it up because it showed a great deal of the work I had completed in 2009ish and until 2011 or 2012ish.
I will say most of the links do not work and many of those sites are now defunct.
HOWEVER, I am now at my new blog here and my site dedicated Sherlock Holmes.
New Web Site
I will be keep this site up but I have moved all of my main information to my new blogspot site at donsmithwrites.blogspot.com.

Here is an article about Adam Withers and Comfort Love and their nominations for the Harvey Awards.
Updating site
Hey there…check out the updates to my resume page and my new “Don’s Comic Books” page. I am attempting to update my site as you can see by the new theme.
Thanks!
Still here…
I just wanted post and say expect an update at the end of the week!
Thanks!
Okay more changes…
Hey there:
First, I updated my pages…check them out…such as the Don’s Bio and Don’s Resume and I added to the interviews and a page for THE GOFFLE ROAD MURDERS.
Second, I am so proud of these two stories…my first is an interview with legendary writer Don McGregor over at CosmicBookNews.com. And CosmicBookNews.com ran my story on the preview of “All Star Superman.”
Thirdly, speaking of “All Star Superman” I was sad to learn of the passing of writer Dwayne McDuffie. I had the chance to meet him at the screening and we talked for a good 10 minutes about comic books and Faithstar. I am sorry to hear of his loss and I would encourage everyone to keep his family in your prayers.
Here is with Christina Hendricks at the Feb. 14 All Star Superman premiere in New York City.
“Puppy Sister” review/ So long to Invest Comics.
Hi there:
Some good news…here is a review for “The Puppy Sister” from Cool Mom Picks.
Also, I made the announcement on Facebook regarding InvestComics.com:
“ANNOUNCEMENT…I just wanted to let everyone know, I called Jay Katz at Invest Comics and I have decided to step away from Invest Comics because my freelancing for Patch.com is taking up a massive amount of time. I am honestly not sure where things will go for me now in the world of comic books, but I do know I have enjoyed my time with it.
“I will add Invest Comics as right up there with working with Cosmic Book News and Bluewater Comics as one of the best experiences, but “real world” financial concerns have crept in. Thanks, everyone.”
